To strengthen our team in Reichenwalde (southeast of Berlin), we are looking for a highly motivated, professionally and personally convincing personality as a 

Technical certifier - Radio and EMC (m/f/d).

• Evaluation and decision for certifications of radio products based on technical documentation of the products as well as test reports and administrative requirements in accordance with legal requirements
• Scope consists of Notified Body for Radio Equipment Directive (RED) and EMC Directive – EU market; Telecommunication Body (TCB) for FCC – US market; Foreign Certification Body (FCB) for ISED – Canadian Market
• Preparation of certification documentation and upload to certification database
• Interpretation of standards and regulations, mainly in English language
• Communication with customers/certifiers/laboratory staff/authorities
• Support for accreditations and recognitions
• Development of new working documents

• Successfully completed scientific or engineering university or technical college studies in the subject area of the activity (electrical engineering, communications engineering, mechanical engineering or similar)
• At least 4 years of professional experience in the field of electrical engineering, RF technology, electronics, EMC or mechanical engineering; in special cases, which can be justified, also equivalent knowledge
• experiences with TCB- certification and/or testing tasks in the relevant product category in a certification, testing, monitoring or calibration body within the meaning of the DIN EN ISO/IEC 17000 series of standards, an approval or monitoring authority or a comparable institution (e.g. at a manufacturer) desired
• Secure knowledge in legal and technical requirements for electrical and electronic products in the field of radio and electromagnetic compatibility or willingness to learn them
• Practical experience in the application of product testing standards, directives, laws as well as current interpretations thereof
• IT knowledge and experience with databases desirable
• Organizational skills and reliability
• Language skills (German, English business fluent)
