Arbeitsbeschreibung - Technical Initiative Application - Engineering Team

Depending on your profile, your experience, and your expectations, we will try to find a suitable role for you at UMH. You can work on the following topics with us:
As part of our team, you will actively contribute to our open-source core project and proprietary add-ons by:

Developing high-quality software solutions using Go and Svelte for the frontend.
Designing and implementing critical microservices using modern technologies such as Kubernetes and Kafka.
Bridging the gap between graphical design and technical implementation to ensure intuitive user interactions
Ensuring long-term stability through robust automated testing and efficient problem identification.
Leading medium to complex projects independently, proactively finding solutions for challenges, and advancing the team through best practices.

A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
Proven experience in software development (at least 5 years), ideally with Go or similar technologies, and experience in full-stack/frontend development.
A team player with a proactive, structured, and hands-on approach to work, strong sense of ownership, and independence.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.

Daily engagement with modern technologies such as Go, Svelte, and Kubernetes in our open-source project.
Continuous expansion of your knowledge in technical areas and soft skills.
