Instead, users can focus on their highest value activities: implementing business logic and crafting beautiful user interfaces.As a Team Lead, you’ll blend technical, hands-on expertise with leadership skills to guide a motivated team (5-7 team members). Your responsibilities will include:Lead by Example: Actively participate in coding and code reviews, ensuring high standards of quality and performance.

• Agile Advocate: Facilitate agile ceremonies, such as daily stand-ups and sprint planning, to keep the team aligned and focused.
• Collaborate & Communicate: Work closely with product managers and stakeholders to translate business requirements into effective technical solutions.

• Proven experience as a Software Development Team Lead or in a similar role.
• Strong hands-on expertise with TypeScript and React.
• Deep understanding of Agile methodologies and software development lifecycles.
• Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
