In order to meet the rapidly growing interest in the market, we are seeking for you as TechnicalOperations Manager (m/f/d)!

Reporting to the Senior Manager – Partner Operations, you’ll play a hands-on role in bringing new products to the market, implementing the scalable rollout of new projects and developing a sustainable setup for future growth.

Deine Aufgabe

Onboarding new Clients & Products - You work closely with our Supply Chain, R&D and Operations colleagues to plan an execute the technical rollout of new products, from hardware analysis and compatibility checks to installation and inventory planning.
Knowledge Management - You collaborate and engage our internal and external technical experts to distill guidelines, manuals and checklists for IoT devices, heating systems and other devices.
Communication & Documentation: You reach out to external stakeholders and take ownership of the documentation and processing of materials, documents and requests obtained.
QA & Problem-solving - You help detect the root cause of bugs and malfunctions and implement sustainable workflows to mitigate them.

Dein Profil

You hold a Bachelor's degree or equivalent, preferably in STEM (science/technology/engineering/maths) or energy.
You have an analytical mind with a passion for continuous learning and growth
You work in an organised and proactive manner, managing complex workflows pragmatically and communicating effectively.
You are comfortable in technical environments, as demonstrated by a specific academic focus and/or previous work experience
You are proficient in Excel & project management tools

Nice to Have:

Previous Experience with Energy Hardware or PropTech devices – Smart Meters, IoT protocols, GLT or Control Systems
You are fluent in German (B2)
