Well, this opportunity is exactly that, building an innovative twist of a mobile app. As a Technical Project Manager, you will be involved in managing and orchestrating every step of the customer experience cycle of our agency, in particular related to mobile, voice assistant, and xR projects.

Your challenge 

• Manage international & multifunctional development teams and projects remotely and across several locations 


• Develop initial project and customer strategy by taking the entire customer journey into consideration


• Analyse and validate the customer needs by strategizing, suggesting and planning workshops or next steps of the project process


• Plan, prepare, orchestrate and execute implementation project kick-off meetings


• Define and coordinate project goals and success criteria to provide continuous transparency to keep all parties on track & involved 


• Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs using appropriate verification techniques


• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, evaluation and ensure quality management standards are met


• Perform administrative duties including controlling, documentation, preparatory billing and KPI reporting


• Apply classic and agile project methods in an appropriate manner


• Perform risk assessment and mitigation to minimize project risks


• Communicate proactively with all involved personnel to provide encouragement, identify problems, create solutions, and make improvements to maintain efficiency

Your profile 

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, business informatics, or similar level of experience


• 3+ years of professional experience in managing individual software projects and development teams 


• Professional experience in managing mobile or voice assistant / xR development projects


• Focus on managing and orchestrating the entire customer experience and journey


• Solid knowledge of project management processes and methodologies (agile/scrum) 


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills


• Self-directed and independent working style 


• Analytical and structured approach


• German and English, both fluent in speaking and writing
