Voyage Demo GmbH, a leading company in the Facility Management industry, is seeking an experienced Technical Property Manager to join our team in Hamburg, Deutschland. This is a permanent appointment with flexible working hours, available as either full or part time. As a Technical Property Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the technical aspects of property management, ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of our facilities.

• Manage and coordinate all technical maintenance and repair activities.


• Oversee the implementation of safety and compliance regulations.


• Conduct regular inspections and assessments of properties.


• Coordinate with service providers and contractors for maintenance work.


• Develop and manage budgets for technical operations.


• Ensure timely resolution of technical issues and tenant complaints.


• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and expenses.
