Technology Planning Expert

Huawei's Munich Research Center is responsible for advanced technology research, architectural development, design and strategic engineering of our products.

We are looking for a technology planning expert. The role will work closely with industry development team, technology planning team and local R&D team to give a deep insight for European resources, and help Huawei to better understand the achievement and the organization of the concerned resources.

Your mission

• Be responsible for deep-diving into concerned European resources via open channels.


• Generate an insight report in a logic way to depict the valuable business or research achievement.   

Your areas of expertise

• Master’s or Ph.D. degree in Telecommunications, Computer Science or related fields.


• Strong technical insight capability and wide ICT knowledge, aware of technology tendency, and sensitive to state-of-the-art ICT technologies.


• Extensive experiences of participating Horizon Europe or National research projects.


• High skills in team work and interpersonal communication as well as building relationships.


• Fluently in English (both spoken and written).
