Telco Expert - Commercial Steering & Proposition (m/f/d)

Your Tasks

• Ownership of commercial logic, proposition design, bundling approach, and advisory offer for the international telco business


• Definition of tariff architecture, pricing logic, and offer structure


• Design of bundle logic across adjacent categories


• Development of proposition frameworks and advisory-led customer journeys


• Stakeholder alignment and governance across markets and partnership teams


• Best-practice sharing and standardization across countries


• Liaison with Mobile Virtual Network Enabler (MVNE), operators, and partnership stakeholders for scoping and launching new partnerships and offers


• Tracking of business case performance, identification of optimization levers, and implementation of improvements

Your Profile

• Degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, or related field


• Experience in proposition management, commercial steering, pricing, product commercialization, and/or telecommunications strategy


• Strong commercial and proposition design capabilities


• Strong understanding of offer design and commercial logic, including pricing and margin logic


• International and cross-functional experience is beneficial but not required


• Experience in telecommunications, mobile subscriptions, connectivity, or subscription-based businesses is strongly preferred


• Stakeholder management across market and partnership teams


• Analytical mindset and insight-to-action orientation


• Pragmatic, execution-focused approach

This position owns the commercial logic, proposition design, bundling approach, and advisory offer for the international telco business.

In close collaboration with local markets and the central Telco team, the role supports the development and scaling of commercial propositions across multiple European markets and drives long-term business growth.
