Telecom Business Coach

Our client, a multinational corporation and technology company is recruiting a Telecom Business Coach to join their business in Germany.

The Business Coach will support the improvement of the sell-through (reselling) business with the local telecom operator by assisting with pipeline coordination, sales process alignment, and team collaboration. The role focuses on coaching, supporting best practices, and helping to improve overall sales organization and visibility.

Scope of Work

• Support the review of the current sales pipeline, opportunity structure, and team setup to help identify areas for improvement in pipeline quality and sales execution
  

• Assist in maintaining sales governance processes, including pipeline tracking, qualification criteria, KPIs, and reporting standards
  

• Coordinate and support regular pipeline and deal review meetings to improve transparency, follow-up tracking, and communication
  

• Provide day-to-day coaching and guidance to Alliance Managers on opportunity tracking, stakeholder communication, and sales coordination
  

• Support strategic or complex opportunities by contributing insights and helping facilitate internal alignment
  

• Contribute to the development of practical sales guidance materials and reusable playbooks based on business use cases and client-related scenarios
  

• Help improve collaboration between partner teams and regional sales teams to support smoother coordination and execution
  

• Prepare regular progress updates, highlighting key observations, open topics, and recommendations for process improvement.
  

• Fluent German and English
