We are looking for an experienced Freelance Recruiter to support our team in managing the entire recruitment process—from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and facilitating offers. You will be responsible for ensuring a smooth and positive experience for every candidate while closely collaborating with our hiring managers.

• Own the full-cycle recruitment process: resource planning, job posting, selecting channels, screening, interviewing, and managing the decision process
• Source and engage active and passive candidates; help build our talent pipeline
• Support development and execution of recruiting strategies in line with Solactive’s needs
• Position Solactive as an attractive employer to potential candidates
• Assist with HR and cross-functional projects as needed
• Collaborate closely with the Solactive HR team

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience as a Recruiter, ideally in a high-growth or start-up setting
• Familiarity with modern recruiting methods, tools, and best practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 
• Results-driven, proactive, and highly organized with strong relationship-building skills
• Confident, reliable, and able to work independently in a team-oriented culture
• Intercultural competence
