Duties:

• The applicant is responsible for administering the following categories of tests to eligible

military and civilian personnel and their dependents as authorized by AFIADL, DLPT, USAFE and local regulations (NOTE: additional tests may be added as needed):

a. All AFIADL course examinations as determined by AFIADL Course Catalog.

b. All DLPT, DLAB, WAPS, Armed Forces Classification Test (AFCT), Armed Services Vocational Aptitude Battery (ASVAB), and Federal Aviation Administration (FAAexaminations.

 c. All unclassified CDC exams.

d. All ADLS and JST DL exams

• The applicant shall check room prior to testing to ensure proper spacing between desks and that adequate lighting, heat, and air circulation exist.
• Require all examinees to present official picture identification before allowing them to sign-in or test.
• Maintain official test logs, showing the individual’s name, the test title and the start and stop times for all test administrations.
• Lock testing office doors, windows and ensure all testing materials are secured before leaving the testing office for any reason.
• Process all necessary paperwork required for optimum operation of testing program.
• Serve as the subject matter expert on testing matters assisting other test administrators and proctors.

Qualification/ Education:

• The applicant must have at least an associate degree from a college or university accredited by an accreditation organization approved by the U.S.
• The applicant shall have verbal and written communication skills in English.
• The applicant shall have proficiency in MS Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, Adobe Acrobat).
