Arbeitsbeschreibung - Test Technician (m/f/d)

In close collaboration with our developers and test engineers, you will create detailed test plans to ensure the quality and performance of our products
Conducting comprehensive functional and release tests will be a key part of your role, including test rides as well as environmental, durability, performance, and climate tests, while also overseeing external testing at partner institutes
Accurate documentation of all test results will be essential, along with analyzing them in relation to product performance
You will regularly coordinate with relevant departments, present test results, and work together to develop the next steps
Setting up, maintaining, and continuously optimizing our test benches will be your responsibility

You have completed a technical education as a certified technician (m/f/d) in mechanical engineering, a Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, or a comparable qualification.
You have at least 2 years of professional experience as a test technician
Strong practical skills and a passion for hands-on work define your working style.
Fluency in both written and spoken German and English enables you to communicate effectively in both languages.
An independent and well-organized approach, combined with a team-oriented mindset, characterizes your way of working.
A strong affinity for bicycles rounds out your profile.
