Essential Job Functions and Accountabilities:

• Develop and maintain a deep understanding of relevant cardiovascular technologies, procedures, and competing products

• Take ownership of sales activities and procedural support in cardiothoracic operating rooms, EP cath labs, interventional cath labs, and related hospital departments
• Lead structured training sessions for physicians and clinical staff to ensure the safe, effective, and consistent use of the company’s therapies and devices
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by delivering outstanding service, timely support, and reliable follow‑up
• Develop and implement strategies that optimize patient pathways and increase appropriate utilization of minimally invasive and hybrid therapies
• Partner with hospital stakeholders to co‑create business and clinical programs that enhance product adoption and long‑term therapy use
• Prepare regular activity and performance reports, while maintaining accurate records of customer interactions, opportunities, and outcomes
• Represent the company in a professional manner and actively contribute to building a strong, reputable image of the brand and its products in the territory
