We’re looking for a TikTok Shop Affiliate Specialist to help scale our TikTok Shop business across Germany. This role sits at the intersection of creators, affiliates, content, and commerce, with a clear goal: turn TikTok content into consistent, high-performing sales. 

You’ll own the TikTok Shop affiliate channel end-to-end — from finding the right creators, to launching viral-ready campaigns, to optimizing performance at scale. 

What You’ll Do 

• Own and grow the TikTok Shop affiliate program for Germany 


• Discover, recruit, and onboard TikTok Shop creators who can genuinely sell SharkNinja products. 


• Build strong, ongoing relationships with creators — from micro-creators to top-  performing affiliates. 


• Accuracy in tracking how many samples are sent out per SKU per week 


• Identify top-performing creators and recruit them into paid or boosted programs 


• Collaborate with creators on content angles, hooks, formats, and trends that drive conversions. 


• Ensure creators have assets, education, scripts, product understanding, and support. 


• Build creator briefs rooted in what converts on TikTok Shop 


• Manage commissions, incentives, and exclusive offers to motivate creators and scale GMV. 


• Track performance across GMV, creator output, ROAS, and content efficiency — and optimize fast. 


• Spot trends early (sounds, formats, creator styles) and translate them into scalable commerce wins. 


• Work closely with Social, Influencer, Performance, eCommerce, and Creative teams to align content and trading goals. 


• Test new TikTok Shop features, tools, and growth opportunities as the platform evolves. 


• Share insights, learnings, and best practices to help shape SharkNinja’s global TikTok Shop strategy. 

Channel & Platform Management 

• Manage day-to-day operations inside TikTok Shop. 

• Handle creator onboarding, product seeding, samples, commission setups, and campaign tracking. 

• Ensure accurate attribution, reporting, and smooth execution across all affiliate activity. 

• Coordinate budgets, contracts, and invoicing with internal teams. 

What We’re Looking For:

• 1–3+ years of experience in TikTok (ideally TikTok Shop), influencer marketing, affiliate marketing, or social commerce. 

• Strong understanding of how TikTok content drives discovery, trust, and conversion. 

• Hands-on experience working with creators and performance-driven content. 

• Comfortable reading performance data and turning insights into action. 

• Great communicator who knows how to motivate and manage creators. 

• Proactive, fast-moving, and excited by testing, learning, and scaling what works. 

• Bonus: experience with TikTok Shop, live shopping, or creator affiliate programs.
