Job Title: Track Tamping Machine Operator (Railway Construction)

Location: Germany

We are looking for experienced Track Tamping Machine Operators to support railway infrastructure projects in Germany. The role involves operating specialized railway maintenance machines used for stabilizing and aligning railway tracks to ensure safe and efficient train operations.

• Operate track tamping machines and ballast ploughs used in railway construction and maintenance
  

• Control and operate railway maintenance vehicles and auxiliary rail vehicles
  

• Ensure proper track alignment, stabilization, and ballast compaction
  

• Perform routine inspections and basic maintenance of machinery
  

• Follow railway safety regulations and operational procedures
  

• Support railway construction and track maintenance teams on -site
  

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in railway construction or heavy machinery operation
  

• Experience operating track tamping machines or railway maintenance equipment
  

• German language proficiency: B1 level
  

• Valid driver’s license required
  

• Ability to work in railway infrastructure and construction environments
  

• Vocational training as a Construction Equipment Operator, Maintenance Mechanic, or Track Builder (minimum 3 years)
  

• Or experience as a railway track machine operator
  

• Minimum two -year educational certificate from a recognized institution
