HOLY entered retail in 2024 and has since quickly built a strong presence across major supermarket chains in Germany, becoming Europe's fastest-growing soft drink brand in retail. What started as a venture development project has rapidly become one of our most important growth drivers — with expanding distribution, increasing shelf presence and growing activation complexity.
As we continue to scale, we are now looking for a Trade Marketing Lead to take ownership of HOLY's trade marketing function. As retail becomes more complex, this role ensures that our growing presence in stores translates into consistent commercial performance. Leading the Trade Marketing and Retail Campaign setup, you will build the structures, processes and standards that enable HOLY to execute at scale and continuously improve retail performance, staring across DACH.
This is a highly impactful role with direct influence on HOLY’s retail success, with the opportunity to shape how trade marketing evolves as the business continues to grow.
Responsibilities
- Trade Marketing Strategy & Team Leadership: Define and evolve HOLY's trade marketing strategy starting with DACH and translate company priorities into a clear team roadmap. Lead and develop our best-in-class Trade Marketing and Retail Campaigns team, coaching for ownership, accountability and execution excellence.
- Retail Activation & POS Excellence: Ensure best-in-class execution of retail activations across all key customers, from displays and assortments to retailer-specific initiatives. Set clear standards and continuously raise the bar for in-store execution quality.
- Commercial Performance & Impact Ownership: Drive team performance against key retail KPIs such as rotation, display ROI and distribution impact. Translate performance insights into clear priorities and actions that improve commercial outcomes.
- Process, Structure & Scaling the Function: Build and implement scalable structures, processes and playbooks that enable efficient planning and execution across the team. Develop trade marketing into a high-performing function that can scale across markets.
- Cross-Functional Leadership & Alignment: Act as the central interface between Sales, Field Sales, Marketing and Operations, aligning stakeholders and enabling the team to execute effectively across all retail initiatives.
