As our Trade and Online Marketing Manager (human), you will play a pivotal role in driving our growth strategy within the retail and online sector. You will independently define and implement trade and online marketing plans as well as activations across various markets, retail sales channels, and key customers. Your main goal will be to create maximum brand awareness and boost sales right at the point of sale.

Your Key Responsibilities will be:

  • Formulate a growth-oriented annual trade marketing strategy.

  • Create a trade marketing toolbox that can easily be used across different retail accounts.

  • Implement and monitor trade marketing activities sustainably with our strategic top accounts.

  • Analyze and optimize the performance of relevant marketing measures to maximize ROI.

  • Create analytics and KPIs in collaboration with Marketing and Sales to maximize conversion at the POS in the most cost effective manner.

  • Utilize and control marketing budgets efficiently (based on defined KPIs).


Additional possible tasks / development opportunity:
  • Manage performance-oriented online marketing campaigns.

  • Plan and distribute digital, permanent, and seasonal advertising materials optimally.

  • Manage and control our online distribution and e-commerce activities.

  • 3-5 years of professional experience in trade marketing, brand marketing, category management, and/or key account management in the FMCG industry.

  • Proven ability to develop and execute creative trade marketing strategies that convert category users into everdrop shoppers.

  • Strong analytical skills with a passion for generating actionable insights based on relevant data points.

  • Advanced project management skills.

  • Excellent Excel skills.

  • Excellent German language skills (min. C1) and proficient in English (min. B2).
