Trainee Recruiter

Position: Trainee Recruiter (German)

Location: Berlin, Germany

Employment type: Full-time

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Identify and screen suitable candidates for open and live positions
• Build/grow your own desk (very important)
• Prepare the candidate CVs for submission to clients
• Arrange interviews for senior consultants
• Contact potential clients via phone or email
• Shadow senior consultants on their daily activities

REQUIREMENTS:

• Native/fluent in German (C1), both oral and written. Fluent in English (B2)
• Academic or Professional degree in HR or related field will be considered as an advantage
• Great communicator with ability to persuade and negotiate
• Customer oriented with ability to build and nurture the relation
• An ability of work within tight timescales and to the deadline
• Can-do attitude and proactive approach
• Computer literate with sound knowledge of MS Office package
• Ability to travel in line with the business needs.
• You thrive working in a fast-paced dynamic environment
• Recent graduate
• No previous recruitment experiences
• Eligible to live & work in Germany

• €35,000 EUR base + salary increments + bonuses (uncapped)
• start date: Experience Day 25/6, Start date 5-6 weeks after the ED
