Arbeitsbeschreibung - Transaction Lawyer Corporate Transactions

NEON is a highly specialized transaction boutique, providing top-level advisory services. We embrace co-entrepreneurship, go beyond being just colleagues, and enjoy ourselves both at work and outside of it.
 
Our M&A Teams (Venture Capital, Corporate / M&A, Private Equity, Real Estate) provide comprehensive advice on complex national and international transactions (acquisitions and exits, add-on transactions, multi-seller exits of startups closely linked to the VC team, and more). Our clients include small and mid-cap private equity investors and their portfolio companies.
 
We are looking for a
  • Close cooperation with the lawyers and other transaction lawyers in our teams on transactions, including the preparation of transaction-related documents such as powers of attorney and contract annexes
  • Carrying out due diligence audits including the preparation of corresponding audit reports
  • Process controlling
  • If interested: Projects in the field of legal tech
  • An appreciative and lively company culture (incl. after-work, blind dates, running and team events, etc.)

  • You enjoy working in a team-orientated manner with diligence and accuracy and keep a cool head even in hectic times
  • You have a Bachelor or Master of Laws (LL.B, LL.M.), business law or comparable degree
  • You are interested in corporate law
  • You have a high level of commitment and initiative as well as quick comprehension skills 
  • You are reliable and have good time management skills
  • You are fluent in German and have a good command of English
  • You enjoy working in a team
