Arbeitsbeschreibung - Transaction Lawyer Real Estate Transactions | M&A

To strengthen our Real Estate | M&A Team we are looking for a
  • Close cooperation with the lawyers, notaries and other transaction lawyers in our team on corporate law transactions and contractual activities in the notary's office, in particular the independent preparation of deeds in real estate law
  • Support in the preparation of transaction-related documents, such as powers of attorney and contract annexes
  • Carrying out due diligence audits including the preparation of corresponding audit reports
  • Process controlling
  • If interested: Projects in the field of legal tech

  • You enjoy working in a team-orientated manner with diligence and accuracy and keep a cool head even in hectic times
  • You have a Bachelor or Master of Laws (LL.B, LL.M.), business law or comparable degree with outstanding results - with or without professional experience
  • You're interested in corporate law
  • You have a high level of commitment and initiative as well as quick comprehension skills 
  • You are realiable and have good time management
  • You are fluent in German and have good command of English
  • You enjoy working in a team
