Our enthusiasm for innovation, the passion for modern technology, an agile mindset and the clear goal in mind: the transformation of Mercedes-Benz into "100% digital".Welche Aufgaben erwarten dich?Du bist für die visuelle Gestaltung digitaler und interaktiver Systeme, von Produkten, Services und Apps zuständig – responsiv oder adaptiv für die gängigen Endgeräte.Entwicklung, Dokumentation und Präsentation von Bedienkonzepten, einschließlich Wireframes, Screenflows, Grafiken, Prototypen, Animationen etc. gehören zu deinen Hauptaufgaben.Dabei berücksichtigst du stets die Bedürfnisse der Marke und der Endnutzer*innen und deckst die Bedürfnisse, Motivatoren und Bedenken von Zielgruppen auf und bereitest diese für unsere Kundenprojekte auf.Dazu führst du Zielgruppenrecherchen durch und wertest diese anschließend aus. Methodisch dienen dir Interviews, Umfragen oder gelegentlich auch Workshops.Du bündelst deine Erkenntnisse in Personas, die deine Kolleg:innen als Basis für die Zielgruppenansprache und zur Ausarbeitung von Strategien und Maßnahmen nutzen.Du arbeitest eng und crossfunktional mit deinen Teamkolleg*innen zusammen und stimmst dich mit diesen ab.Wie passt du in unser Team?Du hast ein Studium im Bereich des Digital/Usability/Interaction Design oder in einem ähnlichen Umfeld abgeschlossen.Du konntest bereits Erfahrungen in den Bereichen User-Experience-Design, User-Interface-Design und User Research idealerweise in einem IT- und/oder Automobil-Umfeld sammeln.Die gängigen Design- und Prototyping-Werkzeuge, wie z.B.
