What you bring

Demonstrated passion and commitment to work on societal challenges
Experience in top-tier strategy consulting or working on societal challenges with reputable organisations
Bachelor or Master’s degree from a leading university and outstanding academic record
Excellent structured thinking, analytical and communication skills
Curiosity, eagerness to learn and passion to contribute to a strong team culture
Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel
Fluency in German and English a prerequisite, French is considered an asset
