Arbeitsbeschreibung - Utility Billing Specialist

What you will be doing

Energy billing calculations of electric, gas, solar, water and HVAC for our tenants and clients
Process and verify payment checks
Prepare, issue, and send out invoices to customers
Track and manage outstanding receivables
Handle year-end closings, ensuring accuracy in financial statements
Maintain accurate and organized records of all billing and collection activities
Collaborate with other departments to resolve any billing discrepancies

More about you

Proven experience in utility billing, accounts receivable, or a similar accounting role
Experience in year-end closings and financial statement preparation
Familiarity with accounting software and invoicing systems
Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Good communication and customer service skills
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
You speak English and German fluently
