Munich Branch is part of the worldwide TOYOTA BOSHOKU Group, a renowned Tier 1 global supplier of a broad range of automotive systems and modules recognized and trusted by leading automotive manufacturers. Within the Business Unit we develop, produce and supply seating systems and structures for our key customer BMW.

Your tasks: 

- Lead and control all validation topics inside the project

- Communication with customer and suppliers for all

   validation content

- Create validation program for serial projects and

   for new projects incl costs and time schedule together

   with test engineer

- Control costs and time schedule of the validation

   programs

- Validation program has to respect all requirements

  from customer and legislation

- Review test results from internal, supplier and customer

- Analyse test result with test engineer

- Communicate test results within the team and to

   customer/ supplier

- Compare test results with CAE results together  

   with CAE engineer

- Support D-FMEA

- Other responsibilities as required

Your qualifications:

- Bachelor or Master’s degree in automotive or mechanical engineering

- Several years of experience in Seating or Interior Systems Development and Validation

- Bachelor or Master’s degree in automotive or mechanical engineering

- Knowledge of automotive development systems and procedures

- Fluent in English and in German, any other languages are an asset

- Excellent organization ability

- Open for other cultures and experienced in working with different nationalities
