- Drive initiatives from diagnosis through implementation and measurable results realization.
- Work closely with executive leadership and shareholders on value-creation priorities, strategic projects, financing topics, and selected M&A or corporate development initiatives
- Prepare decision materials and strategic recommendations for board-level and investor discussions.
- Successful candidates will quickly take on increasing responsibility across critical growth and transformation topics
- Independently support and drive strategic and operational transformation and value-enhancement initiatives—with a focus on sustainable improvements and effective implementation
- Identify, analyze, and prioritize value-enhancement opportunities in key business areas—such as pricing, cost optimization, productivity, or organizational effectiveness—in collaboration with the relevant departments
- Develop and implement initiatives in the areas of operational excellence, performance improvement, and organizational development, such as optimizing processes, improving control mechanisms, or achieving sustainable efficiency gains
- Prepare business cases, KPI analyses, decision-making documents, and management presentations for executive management and investors, including steering committee materials, progress analyses, and the tailored presentation of complex content
- Supporting transformation tracking, progress monitoring, and reporting to internal and external stakeholders, as well as ensuring sustainable implementation in collaboration with the functional departments
- Collaborating on selected corporate development, financing, and transaction projects, as well as providing support on investor-related issues in the context of further growth and portfolio development
