VC Associate in Berlin or London

Do you want to join one of Europe's most established venture capital firms at an early stage of your career? Our client is looking to expand their investment team with a VC Associate based in either Berlin or London.

They are a global multi -stage VC firm with decades of experience and a large active fund, investing across AI, SaaS, healthcare, fintech, and consumer. With offices across Europe and the US, they have been early partners to some of the continent's most iconic tech companies.

This is a full -stack investor role - if you get energized from networking, are intellectually curious, and love digging into data, this could be the role for you.

Requirements

• 0 –3 years of experience from a high -intensity environment such as banking, consulting, or venture capital — experience at a high -growth startup is a strong plus
  
• Plugged into the tech world with a genuine passion for connecting with entrepreneurs
  
• Strong analytical skills - able to derive sharp insights from limited data
  
• Self -starter who thrives on autonomy and brings intellectual curiosity
  
• Fluent in English (and German for Berlin)
  
• Right to work in Germany or the UK
