Executive Summary

P3A is a multi-platform operating and investment group building the infrastructure of tomorrow. Your Role

As a Venture Architect (m/f/d), you’ll join P3A’s founding team to identify, validate, launch, and scale new ventures across the P3A ecosystem.

Positioned at the core of P3A, you’ll work alongside experienced entrepreneurs, operators, and investors, owning selected venture theses from the first hypothesis through customer interviews, business model validation, and MVP to structuring the founding team.

This role is a launchpad for anyone seeking direct exposure to the founder's journey and an opportunity to transition into a co-founder or managing director role.

Tasks

Source & Validate Opportunities

• Opportunity Sourcing: Identify and evaluate new venture opportunities from market shifts and emerging technologies.
• Market Validation: Test hypotheses through structured research, expert interviews, customer discovery, and competitor analysis.
• Venture Design: Define compelling value propositions, target customer segments, business models, and defensible market entry strategies.

Build & Launch Ventures

• MVP Delivery: Translate validated opportunities into prototypes by coordinating domain experts, external partners, and portfolio-company resources.
• Go-to-Market Execution: Acquire pilot customers, suppliers, and strategic partners to generate commercial evidence and establish an initial route to market.
• Venture Launch: Structure operating models, execution roadmaps, and founding-team requirements to support informed build, partner, invest, or stop decisions.

Scale & Evolve Our Platform

• Value Creation: Lead selected zero-to-one commercial, product, or operational initiatives within P3A portfolio companies.
• Portfolio Management: Maintain a consistent pipeline of venture opportunities, track evidence against defined stage gates, and communicate progress, risk, and recommendations.
• Ecosystem Development: Evolve research methods, decision frameworks, and operating playbooks improving the pace and quality of venture creation across the P3A ecosystem.

• Entrepreneurial Ownership: You are entrepreneurial at heart, treating every venture as if it were your own and taking responsibility for moving it from ambiguity to a successful outcome.
• Pragmatic Drive: You act decisively, learn from evidence, and adapt effectively when priorities or assumptions change.
• Collaborative Leadership: You build trust, communicate directly, and align diverse stakeholders around shared goals.

Your Experience & Skills

• Relevant Background: You bring at least 2 years of experience in venture building, entrepreneurship, startup operations, product, growth, or strategy consulting.
• Zero-to-One Delivery: You have developed and launched a product, business line, commercial initiative, or company from the ground up.
• Strategic and Commercial Capability: You can assess markets, validate customer needs, build business cases, and convert opportunities into pilots, partnerships, or sales.
• Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication in both German and English is mandatory.
• Location Availability: You can commit to working with the P3A team on-site in our Berlin headquarters.
