Thema: Recht mal von einer anderen Seite - Vertragsanalyse und -gestaltung mittels Spieltheorie und Mechanismus Design Theorie

Und genau das sollen Verträgen bewirken – Anreize setzen und Verhalten steuern. Als Juristin und Jurist ist man damit nicht nur Rechtsanwender sondern eben auch „Social Engineer“. Im Frühstück für Ausgeschlafene“ wollen wir mal eine ökonomische Perspektive auf die Rechtsanwendung einnehmen und ganz praktische Rechtsfragen mit Hilfe der Spieltheorie analysieren.
