Do you have a successfully completed education in the insurance or banking sector and want to actively shape the digitalization of the insurance industry? Then this company is the right place for you! In your role, you will support the customers and guide them from the application process to the final conclusion. Your responsibilities:

Independently advise and support the customers on property insurance topics.

Ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction by providing fast and competent solutions to incoming inquiries.

As an expert in your field, create individual and needs -based insurance offers.

Take responsibility for maintaining the database and demonstrate comprehensive decision -making competence.

Participate in projects in the field of customer consulting – your ideas are welcome!

Requirements

A successfully completed education as an Insurance Specialist, IHK Insurance Specialist, or Bank Clerk.

Experience in customer consulting and in the insurance sector.

A strong customer and service orientation, excellent communication skills, and a high level of initiative.

Team spirit, commitment, reliability, and a structured way of working.

Excellent written and spoken German skills (at least C1), with a friendly and professional demeanor.
