Vice President - Value Stream Lead - Digital Network

Key Responsibilities

• Lead large international engineering organisations (1,000+ people) across multiple countries, fostering a high -performance engineering culture
  
• Own the End -to -End OSS Architecture across all domains: Inventory, Fulfillment, Assurance and Orchestration – spanning Fixed Access, Mobile Access, Core, Services and Autonomous Networks
  
• Drive Cloud -Native OSS transformation (Kubernetes, microservices, hybrid architectures) with clear judgment on where cloud adds value
  
• Implement and scale DevOps and SRE practices including CI/CD, zero -downtime deployments and resilience engineering (SLIs, SLOs, MTTR)
  
• Define and govern API -first integration strategies (REST, OpenAPI, Kafka, event -driven architectures) across complex distributed OSS landscapes
  
• Lead AI/ML -driven OSS initiatives including Service and Network Inventory Intelligence and Fault Correlation at scale
  
• Manage Cloud Cost Governance and FinOps discipline across major technology platforms
  
• Ensure Security and Regulatory -Grade Engineering including zero -trust principles in critical infrastructure environments
  
• Communicate technical risks and innovation opportunities in business terms to senior stakeholders including CTO, CIO and Business Leadership
  

Voraussetzungen

• Proven leadership of large, international and cross -country engineering teams (1,000+ people)
  
• Deep telco expertise across both Network Technology (NT) and IT, with hands -on OSS domain ownership
  
• End -to -End OSS Architecture expertise (Inventory, Fulfillment, Assurance, Orchestration)
  
• Experience delivering large -scale OSS Transformation Programs with clear architecture and delivery outcomes
  
• Solid Cloud -Native expertise: Kubernetes, microservices, hybrid on -prem/cloud architectures
  
• Hands -on understanding of CI/CD, DevOps and SRE at telco scale
  
• Integration and API expertise: REST, OpenAPI, Kafka, legacy coexistence (SOAP, file -based)
  
• Executive communication skills – ability to translate technical complexity into business language for C -Level stakeholders
  

Nice to have

• Experience with AI/ML -driven OSS applications at scale
  
• FinOps and Cloud Cost Governance experience
  
• Knowledge of industry standards: TMF, 3GPP (5G/6G), Cloud Native Foundation, ITU -T
