As a Videographer & Content Creator within our Creative Content team, you will take ownership of capturing, crafting, and producing compelling visual stories that bring NEURA Robotics to life, from cinematic brand films to fast-paced social content. Everything you create will power our global marketing presence and communicate the future of humanoid robotics.

• Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality video content across formats, including cinematic brand films, product showcases, event coverage, and social-first content for platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube

• Develop and execute creative film concepts that authentically express NEURA's brand identity, vision, and cutting-edge technology

• Integrate AI-driven tools and workflows into content production - from AI-assisted editing and motion graphics to synthetic media - to push creative boundaries and scale output

• Operate and manage professional camera systems, lighting setups, and audio equipment on set and in the field (only applicable for slim production scope)

• Lead the full post-production process including editing, color grading, sound design, and motion graphics

• Collaborate closely with the marketing, product, and communications teams to translate briefs into powerful visual narratives

• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, balancing creative ambition with deadlines and budget realities

• Maintain and evolve our internal video production pipeline, ensuring consistency in quality and brand alignment

• Set up, operate, and continuously improve a professional video podcast studio, ensuring broadcast-quality production standards for interviews, thought leadership formats, and live or recorded multi-camera recordings.

• Several years of professional experience in videography, film production, a creative agency, or a related field

• A strong generalist skill set spanning filming, directing, editing, and post-production

• Proficiency in industry-standard tools such as Final Cut Pro, Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, After Effects, or similar

• Hands-on experience with AI content creation tools (e.g. Artlist, Kling, Sora, Higgsfield, or similar) and a curiosity to stay ahead of the curve

• A passion for creating video content that resonates emotionally and communicates complex ideas with clarity and impact

• A keen artistic eye for cinematography, color, composition, and pacing

• A portfolio showcasing diverse, high-quality work across cinematic and social formats

• Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to receive and implement creative briefings effectively

• Openness to travel and a flexible mindset in a dynamic, growing business environment

• A genuine desire to help shape the future of robotics
