V.I.E System Safety Engineer (M/F)

Your responsibilities will include:

• Analyzing systems, identifying hazards and risks, and deriving appropriate safety measures.
• Evaluating safety concepts and system architectures in the context of overall requirements.
• Deriving safety requirements from customer specifications and internal analyses for hardware, software, and mechanical components.
• Creating safety-related, approval-based documentation and supporting development projects until safety objectives are secured.
• Monitoring processes to ensure compliance with safety regulations and systematically evaluating verification and validation results.
• Conducting impact analyses for product changes and ensuring safety-relevant interface communication.
• Actively contributing to the advancement of internal safety methods, processes, and standard implementations.

• Hold a completed technical degree (bachelor or equivalent) in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Computer Science.
• Bring initial experience in product safety and knowledge of product safety laws.
• Are proficient in SysML/UML and modern development and testing methods.
• Have experience with analysis tools and a foundational understanding of quality and configuration management.
• Communicate fluently in English (written and spoken) and work in a structured, analytical, and responsible manner.
