Arbeitsbeschreibung - Vorarbeiter für Solaranlagen (m/w/d)

Your tasks:

Work in a fixed team of installers
Responsibility for the installation of the substructure, placement of photovoltaic modules, and DC-side wiring
Diverse work environment: flat roofs, pitched roofs, ground-mounted systems
Ensure the timely and proper completion of construction sites
Maintain assigned work materials to meet high customer expectations
Independently solve problems on-site or collaborate with our project planning and electrical engineering departments

Experience in installing commercial solar systems
You are eager to take on responsibility and further develop your craftsmanship
You love to roll up your sleeves and get things done
You speak German and (at least) some English
You already have a driver's license
You are excited to share your tips and tricks with new talents and are comfortable working with international colleagues

Above-average pay, which we will communicate during the first interview

26 days of vacation, plus 1 extra day for each year you stay with us, up to a maximum of 30 vacation days
