What we need now is a strategic and values-driven leadership team to bring it all to life. 

We’re hiring a VP of Finance who will join the Executive Team and reports directly to the CEO. This person will lead Finance, IT, HR, and Administration—and is the future CFO of a global market leader. 
This isn’t a role for empire builders or smooth talkers. We’re looking for a smart, grounded, and visionary team player who’s passionate about driving results, shaping strategy, and thinking across the full value chain. You’ll co-lead strategic planning, ensure financial health, and implement systems that support data-driven decisions—while staying true to our culture of trust, creativity, and collaboration.What you will do: 

• Partner with the CEO and Executive Team to shape and execute the company’s strategy
• Lead and empower our G&A teams (Finance, IT, HR, Admin) with ~15 talented colleagues
• Build mechanisms that enable smart decision-making without adding bureaucracy
• Champion a leadership style rooted in coaching, integrity, and low ego
• Help NTT scale while protecting what makes our culture special
• Bring holistic, entrepreneurial thinking across functions—financial, operational, and human
