We value speed, agility and creativity.As the VP of Professional Services, you will play a crucial role in leading BuildingMinds customer implementation projects and ensuring successful delivery of our solutions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, engage directly with customers. In detail you will…

• Actively lead customer implementation projects with cross-functional project teams.
• Present the implementation strategy to prospective customers, demonstrating the credibility of our delivery organization.
• Engage directly with customers to design and develop a customized implementation plan.
• Oversee project governance, provide high-level quality control and develop mitigation strategies for project risks change management and training activities for our customer projects.
• Integrate and manage external service providers for service delivery
• Build lasting customer relationships.
• Leverage industry expertise and knowledge of top corporations’ business process to effectively address their pain points and offer our innovative solution.
• Develop project management tools and processes to enhance our overall methodology.
• Work closely with Solution Architects, Product Managers, Engineering Teams, and Customer Success Managers to coordinate, deliver, and measure results to customers
• Manage large-scale projects for top corporations, ensuring satisfaction and fostering long-term partnerships.

 
 
We would like to hear from you if you…

• Bachelor's or master's degree in architecture, urban planning, sustainability, engineering, management consulting, professional services, software engineering, construction management, or a related field  
• Strong digital literacy, with the ability to understand and explain complex software solutions at high level C-level executives and in depth with technical teams.  
• 15+ years of experience in project management in technology, construction, consulting or real estate industry  
• Exceptional leadership and communication skills  
• Proven experience in building and maintaining relationships with top corporations, understanding their unique needs, and delivering tailored solutions.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritise tasks effectively  
• Experience in budgeting, scheduling, risk management, and quality control  
• Knowledge of project management software and tools  
• Experience in managing teams and collaborating with stakeholders  
• Effective business communication skills.
• Self-motivated and adaptable, with a hands-on mentality and comfortable in multi-tasking within a rapidly changing environment.
• Project Management certification (SCRUM, PMP, etc.) as a plus  
• Willingness to travel to customers, as needed
