Your tasks
Reporting the CEO, as VP Sales & Marketing (f/m/d), you will be steering the global commercial strategy, lead experienced sales and marketing teams across multiple hierarchy levels and ensure sales performance in our existing and future markets.
With an excellent understanding of modern mobility concepts and governmental prerequisites, you will play a central role in the growth of Holon worldwide.
You will:
- Lead sales growth across existing and future markets to deliver revenue targets and brand performance
- Drive market share and revenue growth through the enhancement and successful execution of the commercial strategy
- Lead and grow high-performing teams, fostering ownership, agility, and excellence
- Manage and evolve the customer and partner network to ensure global brand recognition
- Set and monitor performance targets, maximizing opportunities and implementing new standards to enhance international growth
- Collaborate cross-functionally with e.g. Strategy and R&D to ensure and maximize brand opportunities
- Connect with relevant lobbies and institutions to ensure strong ties with decision makers and thought leaders
- Represent Holon globally at relevant fairs and conferences to ensure successful positioning worldwide
