Webshop Manager - Schwerpunkt Shopify (m/w/d)

In this position, you will be the driving force behind the strategic and operational development of our web shop as a project manager. Your goal is to make our IronMaxx web shop an outstanding shopping experience. Operational 

• migration of our existing product data to Shopify and setting up/customizing Shopify themes
• Integration of payment options and shipping options
• Testing for functionality: checkout process, responsiveness on mobile devices, etc.
• Conducting training for the team on how to use Shopify's admin tools
• Integration of multiple languages and currencies, as well as implementation of international shipping and tax rules in Shopify
• Adapting content to local regulations and the GDPR for customer data
• Automating order processing and inventory management
• Launching region-specific marketing campaigns (Google Ads, social media)
• Monitoring and improving ratings and feedback in each region (international)
• Developing clear return policies for national and international buyers

Strategic

• Optimizing customer support through chatbot/CRM integration
• Optimization of return/refund processes and setting up workflows for product updates and promotions
• Project management and responsibility for the switch to Shopify and the internationalization of the web store
• Setting milestones for international expansion projects
• Implementation of localized SEO strategies (keywords, meta tags)
• Optimization of Shopify's loading speed and mobile performance for global audiences

Education

• Completed commercial apprenticeship or business degree, ideally with a focus on marketing/e-commerce

Experience

• Experience in project management and managing a small project team
• Experience in data migration and customization of online shops in Shopify
• Experience in digital marketing, including Google Ads and social media
• Familiarity with multilingual and multicurrency e-commerce operations

Professional skills

• Expertise in SEO strategies, keyword optimization, and meta tags
• Knowledge of web performance optimization, including store speed and mobile performance
• Knowledge of implementing chatbot support/CRM integrations
• Strong experience with SAP, MS Office, and project management tools, such as ASANA

• Excellent communication and project management skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks
• Attention to detail and a strong commitment to quality
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build positive relationships with team members and stakeholders
