Arbeitsbeschreibung - Werkstudent Human Resources (m/w/d)

You will be involved in operational HR management and support for our internal and external employees.
You will take part in our recruitment process, from job advertisement, pre-selection, conducting initial interviews through to recruitment and the associated administrative process.
You will be actively involved in HR projects.
You would like to support us for 15 to 20 hours / week (up to 40 hours / week during the semester holidays).

You are a student of a subject with a relevant connection to the task (personnel management, business psychology, business administration, etc.) and have ideally already gained some practical experience.
You are open, communicative, enthusiastic and enjoy working in a team.
You have a quick grasp of things, combined with reliability and discretion.
You have an independent and structured way of working and can recognise processes holistically.
You are confident in using Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Very good German language skills and a strong hands-on mentality round off your profile.
Regular on-site availability is not a problem for you (at least 2 days/week).
