Arbeitsbeschreibung - Werkstudent Legal Department (all genders)

As a working student in our Legal Team, you will gain valuable insights into the legal practice of an international company and support us with a wide range of day-to-day legal tasks
You will independently conduct legal research and assist with contract reviews and the preparation of legal opinions
You will also contribute to the development of a structured document management system and take ownership of smaller (sub-)projects
This role offers you the opportunity to dive into a broad spectrum of legal topics – in an international environment and in close collaboration with our team of experienced in-house lawyers
In our dynamic setting with flat hierarchies, you can contribute your own ideas, take on responsibility early on, and grow both professionally and personally

You are currently studying law, business law or a comparable subject - you may even have already passed your first state exam but are still enrolled
You have initial knowledge of German civil, commercial, and corporate law and are eager to explore additional areas of law
You are confident in using MS Office as part of your daily work routine
You work in a structured and organized manner, present yourself with confidence, and are able to communicate complex legal matters clearly and concisely
You bring a hands-on mentality and approach tasks proactively, pragmatically, and with a focus on legally sound, practical solutions
You enjoy working in a team – especially in interdisciplinary and international settings
Excellent German and English skills, both written and spoken, complete your profile

We offer you a working student job during your studies (15-20 hours / week, during the lecture-free period also more). Your assignment can start at short notice. We can arrange the working hours flexibly.
