Werkstudent - People Team (m/f/d)

We're looking for a talented and ambitious Working Student (m/f/d) to join our Human Resources team! As a Working Student (m/f/d)  in HR, you'll gain invaluable experience and knowledge as a full member of our team. You'll be involved in a variety of HR tasks. ​
 
Responsibilities:

• Creating Employee documents, reference letters, etc
• Supporting initiatives to engage and retain employees
• Assist with HR projects such as training and development programmes and other initiatives
• Maintain employee records and HR database updates
• Assist with other HR related tasks as per requirement

• Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate degree program in HR, business management or a related field
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team environment
• Good working knowledge of MS Office, in particular Excel and PowerPoint
• Strong organizational skills and good time management skills
• Attention to detail
• Having worked in an HR environment is advantageous
• A proactive, open-minded and motivated attitude to work
• Excellent communication & writing skills in English and German C1 
• 2-3 working days in the office in Düsseldorf

This is a working student position with a flexible schedule of 15-20 hours per week. You will be in the office 2-3 times per week.
