Werkstudent:in Landwirtschaft und Datenanalyse (Remote möglich) (m/f/d)

As a working student in the MRV team, you will support Klim in reviewing and documenting the regenerative practices of Klim's farmers. This work includes reviewing farm documents, verifying the plausibility of crop rotations and fertilizer usage, contacting farmers to clarify questions, and assisting in improving our verification system.
Your tasks will include:

• Collaborating with the team to implement Klim's agricultural verification process, ensuring high quality and timely payments to farmers.
• Applying your agricultural science expertise to review farm documents (such as agricultural applications, seed receipts, service invoices, and inventory lists) to ensure that the reported practices make agronomic sense.
• Assisting in the development of our verification system by identifying areas for improvement and increasing process efficiency.
• Maintaining good relationships with farmers and ensuring their satisfaction through phone and email communication.

• Academic background in agricultural sciences, environmental sciences, or a comparable field
• Experience in agriculture through family background or practical work
• Strong interest in regenerative agriculture
• Independent and responsible work style with digital tools such as Klim's verification software, Excel, and email
• Fluent in German, both spoken and written; English skills are a plus
