PEOPLE & CULTURE: As part of our People & Culture team, you will gain insights into many relevant topics relating to HR and corporate culture in the fast paced e-commerce and agency environment.

ACTIVE SOURCING: Your focus will be on directly approaching potential candidates. Based on our search profiles, you will find and contact suitable candidates via social (business) networks and thus actively contribute to the growth of our team.

PEOPLE OPERATIONS: You will support the team in day-to-day operations, especially in people management, but also in communicating with applicants and coordinating processes.

INTERNAL DEVELOPMENT: You will be involved in the further development of current topics relating to our recruiting and our corporate culture. You will be involved in relationship building and employer branding and support our team in the creative development of our recruiting strategies and channels.

PROJECT MANAGEMENT: Through strategic and operational work, you will be actively involved in initiating and implementing a wide range of projects together with our People & Culture team.
