  • Work location: Remote within Germany or the Netherlands
  • Contract Type: Fixted-term contract (6 to 12 month)

Our client is a global leader in risk management and claims settlement. It provides high-quality services in the areas of insurance, risk consulting, and claims settlement. With an experienced team and a global network, it helps clients manage risks and settle claims efficiently. As part of its growth, we are seeking motivated candidates (m/f/d) who want to contribute to its continued success.





Talent Acquisition Manager (m/f/d)




Your Responsibilities



  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for the Dutch market
  • Partner with hiring managers and business leaders on hiring strategies and recruitment activities
  • Identify and engage qualified candidates through active sourcing and talent pipeline development
  • Analyze recruitment data and provide insights to support talent acquisition strategy and hiring priorities
  • Contribute to internal mobility programs and regional recruitment activities


Your Profile



  • Several years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, or Executive Search
  • Experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes
  • Confident working with international stakeholders
  • Fluent Dutch and English language skills
  • Right to work in the Netherlands or Germany
