Arbeitsbeschreibung - Working Student Business Operations (Finance & HR)

Are you eager to gain hands-on experience in Finance and HR? We’re looking for a Working Student – Business Operations (Finance & HR) to support our growing team. In this role, you’ll assist with key tasks like payroll, financial reporting, onboarding, and employee management.
This is a unique chance to develop a diverse skill set while contributing to the success of a fast-paced startup. If you’re detail-oriented, proactive, and excited to learn, we’d love to hear from you!

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

Finance:

Assist with accounting and invoicing
Assist with financial reporting.
Help maintain and organize financial records and documentation.
Collaborate with the team on ad hoc tasks and projects.

Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes
Maintain and update employee records in HRIS
Assist with Payroll related tasks
Support recruitment tasks and monthly performance reviews
Prepare HR-related documents, such as contracts, amendments, or reference letters.

You are currently enrolled in a university program, preferably in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting or related field.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in MS Excel.
Ability to work independently and handle confidential information with care.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Fluent in English and in German
Familiarity with Personio or other HRIS tools and DATEV is a plus.
Interest in startups and the ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment
