Arbeitsbeschreibung - Working Student - Community Management (m/f/d)

We seek an enthusiastic and motivated Working Student in Community Management (m/f/d) to join our office management team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting various office management tasks, with a focus on running our in-house bistro ensuring employee satisfaction.

Proficient in preparing high-quality coffee beverages, including espresso-based drinks.
Proactively suggest and introduce new beverage and snack options to our menu, demonstrating creativity in flavor combinations.
Provide excellent customer service, ensuring a positive experience for our employees during coffee breaks.
Support with the organization of in-house events.
Maintain and organize the office kitchen area, keeping it clean, and well-stocked, while adhering to the monthly budget goals.
Strict adherence to health and safety regulations for food handling and hygiene.
Adaptable and capable of handling busy periods, efficiently completing ad-hoc tasks as needed.
Identify areas for improvement and actively implement solutions.

Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program.
First professional experience in gastronomy is advantageous.
Impeccable barista coffee-making skills.
Contagiously positive attitude and the ability to engage with people.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
High attention to detail and neatness.
Strong communication skills in English (German is a plus).
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
