Working Student Computer Science

QuantPi is seeking a motivated computer science working student to join our 
Research and Innovation team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to 
contribute to groundbreaking research in the field of AI Testing, leveraging your 
analytical skills and gaining hands-on experience through working with an 
international team.  You will bring best practices from software development to 
enhance our machine learning workflows and collaborate with an international 
team to ensure efficient and robust research processes.  Join us on our mission to

machinesYour responsibilities

• Rapid prototyping
• Supporting the continuous integration, testing, and deployment processes for 
• various kinds of research prototypes.
• Implementing code review and documentation practices within the research 
• and innovation team.
• Organizing experiments related to data quality and interpreting the results, 
  while applying software engineering principles to experiment design and 
  execution.
• Collaborating with researchers to translate research ideas into robust, 
  maintainable code.

Qualification

• Master's student in Software Engineering, Informatics, Computer Science, 
  Bioinformatics, or similar.
  Internships, projects, or research work related to data science or machine 
  learning is a plus.
• Experience in programming with Python, especially with libraries such as 
  NumPy, Pandas and FastAPI (or equivalent).
• Familiarity with data visualization in Streamlit, Bokeh, Matplotlib, Plotly, and 
  similar.

Preferred skills

• A strong desire and passion to understand complex systems and find fast and 
  pragmatic innovative solutions.
• Strong skills in software engineering (use of Git, production-ready code.)
  Experience working in teams, especially production delivery teams
  Proficiency with dashboard creation tools such as Streamlit is a strong plus.
• A solid understanding of undergraduate mathematics is desired.
