Arbeitsbeschreibung - Working Student Eventmanagement (f/m/d)

You assist in the planning, preparation, and implementation of internal and external events and meetings.
You research various topics and prepare them in an understandable way, e.g., evaluations for locations, new service providers, etc.
You will fill out and prepare our events app for the best experience onsite.
You work closely with the events team to ensure seamless execution and contribute innovative ideas to enhance event experiences. You also possess organizational skills to ensure every detail contributes to a fun and memorable event experience.
You exhibit a hands-on mentality to quickly address any challenges that may arise during your trip or at events.

You have high self-motivation, a willingness to perform, and strong implementation skills.
You are able to adapt quickly to changing situations and demonstrate flexibility in handling various event-related responsibilities.
You work well in a collaborative environment, contributing actively to the success of Start2 events.
Your German language skills are at least B2
