Working Student (f/m/d) People Development and Trainings

As a working student at Siemens, you have the opportunity to actively contribute in various areas and fully apply your skills.

You’ll make an impact by

• You assist in the design, development, and implementation of training programs aimed at enhancing employee skills and performance
• You support in the creation of training materials, presentations, and documentation
• You conduct research on the latest trends and best practices in employee development and training.
• You coordinate and moderate team meetings, ensuring productive discussions and effective follow-ups
• You help us develop and maintain ConceptBoards to visualize training concepts and track project progress
• You collaborate with team members to evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and suggest improvements
• You prepare reports and presentations based on different topics
• You track the status of tasks and ensure alignment with project timelines, providing updates to the team as necessary
• You ensure the quality and consistency of training content with a keen attention to detail

Your success is grounded in

• Education: You are currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program, preferably in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field
• Experience & Skills:
• Strong interest in employee development, training topics, and continuous learning.
• Excellent organizational skills with a strong attention to detail
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with virtual meeting tools
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively moderate team discussions
• Experience in tracking and managing task status to align with project objectives
• Ways of working: You have the ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Languages: You have an excellent knowledge of written and spoken English and German
