Responsibilities:

• Manage and process all incoming contact requests and leads in Salesforce

• Identify and prioritize high-potential leads

• Conduct targeted industry research within academia using tools such as Sales Navigator, LinkedIn, and company websites

• Enrich and maintain data sets with relevant and accurate information

• Evaluate the effectiveness of marketing events and campaigns

Requirements:

• Strong affinity for data and numbers, with excellent analytical thinking skills

• Fast learner with a solid understanding of operational workflows

• Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel; Salesforce experience is a plus

• Enjoys working collaboratively within a motivated and ambitious team

• Able to work independently with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail

• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills
