Working Student - Marketing (m/f/x)

Help us take atmio’s marketing to the next level by bringing structure, creativity, and energy to our campaigns and events. You’ll support the Marketing Manager in running recurring projects, testing new ideas, and scaling our reach with the opportunity to fully own initiatives like our internal events for customers.

You’ll join a small but growing team as this is our second hire in marketing. Play a key role in building our marketing playbook from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities 🎯

• Event ownership: Support and potentially lead the planning and execution of internal customer events or external trade shows
• Content creation: Write blog posts, craft LinkedIn content (e.g. job posts, webinar promos), and help produce success stories
• Campaign support: Assist in creating print materials, coordinating campaigns, and tracking their performance
• Process improvement: Help streamline recurring marketing tasks and introduce new ideas for efficiency and impact

Skills & experience you will need 💪

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s (mid-stage) or just starting a Master’s degree
• Prior experience in a corporate environment, ideally in marketing or sales
• Strong project management skills and structured working style
• Team player, and comfortable in fast-changing environments
• Bonus points for: experience with LinkedIn content creation, blog writing, HubSpot, or other marketing tools
• Clear communicator in German and English
